I was trained by one of the best in the trade
and after 6 long years of aprenticeship, I advanced through all phases of the trade rapidly. Starting with front
line production in new homes, then working my way up into custom home painting. I began to mix front line
production speed with the quality required in custom home painting useing my own system that i designed from all
my knowledge and talent. And being trained in multi-million dollar custom homes I learned all the nessasary
requirments to perform a top quality job and to keep the paying customer...happy.
For 8 years more it seemed I could not get enough.! I
signed on into pre-fabricated high steel work sometimes working hundreds of feet above the ground learning how to rigg
spider lifts, and swing stage outfits. I single handedly ran and supervised the interior and exterior painting of the
MT. GRHAM TELESCOPE in safford AZ. on the top of MT. GRHAM. in safford az. standing over 200ft high and at an altitude
of 10,300ft. This now being the LARGEST telescope in the WORLD.! This all adding to my skills and
experiance in crane opperation, high boom and forklift, scissor lift opperations. That was fun but,.....then I trained
in automotive and aircraft finishes that lead up to starting my own business that took off with great sucecss
and is still going today with great refferances and happy customers.
I find that keeping a
buisness small, and well supervised is the way to keep yourself ahead of the competition, and keep high quality a priorety.
Large contractors have so many problems with poor, or overworked supervision, that bringing down the quality
and workmanship ending with un-nessasary high dollar costs in their finals. You can be assured that all of
my employees are well trained with my system and are very good at what they do, also takeing lots of pride in the
job looking back at what they acomplished.
